Hard-boiled eggs, then, are one of those recipes that can brighten up your evenings. Not the ones where you suddenly get a call from friends saying, " Hey, there are four of us, let's come over for dinner! " We're talking about the evenings when you just don't feel like putting in too much effort for dinner. So you look at the eggs, just long enough to think: “How do I want my eggs? Sunny side up? Preparing hard-boiled eggs

  • Take the eggs and place them in a saucepan with cold water, they must be immersed.

  • Place the saucepan or kettle on the stove and leave it there until the water boils. Don't wait until the water boils before adding the eggs, as this could damage the shells.

  • Lower the heat and wait ten minutes.

  • Drain the eggs and cool them under cold running water. Alternatively, you can place them in a bowl of ice water.

  • Tap the tip of an egg lightly and gently on a hard surface to crack the shell, and carefully remove it.
