Painting
At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.

Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.

The non-stick cake pan is the baking mold for traditional Italian desserts: round cakes, tall focaccias, homemade pizza, cheesecakes, and tarts. Mamù produces PFOA-free, 7-layer non-stick aluminum cake pans in five shapes, from the classic round cake pan to the pizza pan with a reinforced base. Unmold without breaking the cake, clean in seconds. Made in Italy, produced directly by us.
Round cake pan: the classic cake pan
The non-stick round cake pan is perfect for Sunday cakes, cheesecakes, round plum cakes, and birthday cakes. Two versions are available: one with a flat bottom for cakes that don't need to be unmolded, and one with slightly flared edges for easier unmolds. Five sizes, from compact for 4-6 people to large for large lunches.
The PFOA-free 7-layer anti-scratch coating lifts the cake from the bottom without breaking it, even with the most fragile shortcrust pastry and moist cakes. Pour the batter and bake: no parchment paper, no butter to grease.
Pizza pan: reinforced base for a crispy crust
The non-stick pizza pan has a reinforced base: the base stays crispy, the edge soft, and the cheese melts without burning. The difference compared to a regular pan is felt in the consistency of the base, which holds the weight of the toppings without collapsing.
The non-stick coating keeps the pizza from the bottom even with highly hydrated dough. After baking: hot water and a soft sponge.
Focaccia pan: for tall, fluffy focaccia
The non-stick focaccia pan is available in large and small sizes. The high edges hold the dough in place as it rises, and the square or rectangular shape makes better use of the oven space. The base comes out golden and crispy even with very moist dough.
Cylindrical and conical pans
The non-stick cylindrical pan is suitable for babà, homemade panettone, and leavened cakes that rise vertically. The straight, high edges guide the dough upward as it rises and maintain its cylindrical shape during baking.
The conical cake pan is available in two versions: a nonstick 7-layer coating for cakes, and a traditional white aluminum version for Neapolitan pastries. The flared edge makes it easier to unmold delicate cakes. Eight sizes available in the white aluminum version.
How to choose the right cake pan size
The size depends on the recipe and the number of people:
- 20-22 cm: for 4-6 people, breakfast desserts, low cakes
- 24-26 cm: the standard size for Italian recipes, for 8-10 people
- 28-30 cm: for large lunches and multi-layered cakes
Before purchasing, check that the cake pan will fit in your oven: measure the internal width and leave at least 2 cm on each side for air circulation.
