Non-stick aluminium grill pans

The non-stick grill pan is the most popular summer tool: it marks the meat with cooking lines, grills it in five minutes on the stove, without turning on the barbecue or dirtying the oven. Mamù's grill pan is made of aluminum, with a scratch-resistant, PFOA-free coating, and is produced directly by us in Italy.

The range includes three main shapes: the smooth griddle, the grill plate, and the hamburger pan, each with a specific use. All models are available in a classic nonstick version and a heavy-duty induction version, compatible with any type of hob.

Square, rectangular, or round grill pan: which one to choose

The choice of shape depends on the space you have on the stove and the number of people you're cooking for.

The square grill pan is the most versatile: it optimizes the space on the stovetop, cooking steaks, burgers, grilled vegetables, and chicken breasts on a uniform surface. Available in a classic nonstick version with a 7-layer coating or in a heavy-duty induction version, for those who cook at higher temperatures and want even more even heat distribution.

The rectangular grill pan has a larger cooking surface, suitable for rectangular burners or double burners. The compact version is suitable for two people. The generously sized version cooks four to six pieces at once without them touching. There's also an long-shaped version, designed for ribs, skewers, and whole fish fillets.

The round grill pan is for those with limited stovetop space or cooking single portions. Available in four sizes, it can be used on both small and large burners.

Non-stick griddle: uses beyond steak

In addition to the ribbed griddles, the range also includes the smooth non-stick griddle and the grill plate.

The non-stick griddle has a completely flat surface: cook crepes, piadinas, focaccias, pancakes, and fritters without anything sticking. Wider than a regular pan, you have room for more food at once. The smooth version also cooks burgers and steaks well, without the ridges of a traditional grill pan.

The non-stick grill plate has raised ridges on the bottom: it leaves the classic cooking streaks on the meat, drains the fat into the grooves, and cooks with less fat. Get the grill effect on your home gas stove, without a barbecue or excessive smoke.

Completing the range is the non-stick hamburger pan: smaller and deeper than the grill pan, it's designed for burgers, with edges that retain juices and a non-stick surface that doesn't require oil.

7-layer non-stick coating: healthy, fat-free cooking

All Mamù non-stick grill pans have a 7-layer scratch-resistant, PFOA-free coating. Grill meat, fish, and vegetables with little or no oil, for healthier cooking without sacrificing flavor. Heat is distributed evenly across the entire surface, without hot spots, and cooking lines are clean without anything sticking to the bottom.

Cleanup is quick: just a damp cloth or a soft sponge is all you need. No soaking, no hours spent scrubbing the bottom.

Induction grill: high temperatures without warping h2>

If you have an induction hob, choose induction grills with a high, resistant thickness. The reinforced bottom can withstand the highest induction temperatures without warping, distributes heat even more evenly, and lasts longer. Also compatible with gas, electric, and glass-ceramic hobs: a single product for any kitchen.
