Painting
At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.

Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.

The nonstick round grill pan is the most compact of all grill pans: it weighs very little thanks to the PFOA-free nonstick aluminum, it fits neatly into the shoe rack with other pans, and it doesn't take up space on the stovetop. For those with limited space, cooking for 1-2 people, or wanting a grill pan for everyday use, Mamù produces it with a PFOA-free, scratch-resistant coating, available in four sizes. Made in Italy.
Four sizes for every hob
The round grill pan is available in four diameters to cover any hob and any amount of food. The smaller sizes are suitable for small burners and single portions: a steak, two slices of chicken, a hamburger. The larger sizes have more surface area to cook multiple pieces at once, maintaining the classic circular pan shape.
The round shape covers round gas burners and circular electric burners with uniform heat across the entire surface, without colder spots at the corners as can occur with square or rectangular versions on certain types of burners.
7-layer, scratch-resistant, PFOA-free coating
The coating of the round nonstick grill pan is PFOA-free, scratch-resistant: the raised lines mark the meat with classic cooking stripes and drain fat into the grooves, for drier, more even cooking. Grill without oil or with very little, without losing flavor.
For cleaning: the nonstick coating does not retain cooking residue. The rounded shape, with no corners, allows you to reach the entire surface with the sponge, eliminating hard-to-reach areas.
Round vs. Square Grill Pan: Practical Differences
The round grill pan is more compact, lighter, and easier to handle on the stove. It works better on small burners and can be stored with round pans. The square grill pan has more usable surface area for the same external dimensions. The choice depends on the space you have, the type of burner, and how many portions you usually cook. For those who cook for one person or two, the medium-sized round grill pan is the most practical.
