At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.

Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.

The Mamù non-stick tart pan has a 7-layer PFOA-free coating: no need to grease it, the pastry doesn't stick to the bottom, and you can turn out the entire tart without breaking even the butteriest and most crumbly tarts. Available in two versions: with a smooth edge and with a ribboned edge. Made in Italy, from high-quality aluminum.

The smooth tart pan is called "smart" because of its straight, slanted edge: you can roll out the pastry without creases, the edges adhere well to the sides, and you can turn out the entire tart without the edge holding the pastry. For tarts with a shortcrust pastry grid, add the strips without any obstacles. Available in two sizes.

7-Layer PFOA-Free Scratch-Resistant Coating
The 7-Layer PFOA-Free Scratch-Resistant Coating is the strong point of these molds. Seven overlapping layers form a surface that won't stick even with the most buttery pastry. The tart releases from the base with a light pressure, the edges come out intact, and the base holds its shape after unmolding. To clean, simply use hot water and a soft sponge; don't scrape.
