In the 1960s, Mario Mugnano , still very young, took his first steps working in his father's factory, learning the secrets of the process.
After years of passion and dedication, Mario Mugnano brought his vision to life , creating his first company producing nonstick aluminum cookware with his sons. This same passion led his sons to work side by side with him.

Painting
At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.

Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.

The Mamù nonstick aluminum kettle is the traditional tool for boiling water on the stove: faster than a saucepan, more capacious than a small electric kettle. The PFOA-free, scratch-resistant coating prevents limescale buildup on the bottom over time. Made in Italy, available in three sizes, starting at €6.50.
Nonstick aluminum kettle: concrete advantages
Aluminum heats much faster than stainless steel: water boils faster, you consume less energy, and you wait less. Its lightweight design makes it easy to lift and pour even when full.
The PFOA-free, scratch-resistant coating prevents mineral residues from the water from sticking to the bottom. You can clean the inside without using harsh descaling products. The interior stays intact longer than a natural aluminum kettle.
Three sizes
The Mamù kettle is available in three sizes:
- Small size: one or two cups of tea, small amounts of hot water
- Medium size: 4-6 cups, the most popular in Italian kitchens
- Large size: large families, frequent use of tea and herbal teas, large quantities in the kitchen
Gas or electric kettle
The aluminum gas kettle makes sense if you already have a gas stove on and don't want another appliance on the countertop. It takes up little space, is easy to clean, and has no electrical components that break. For those who frequently cook with gas, it lasts for years without maintenance. Those who want maximum speed independent of the stove will find this the fastest electric kettle in absolute terms.
