At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.

Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.

The nonstick rectangular grill pan has a larger cooking surface than the square version with the same external dimensions. It covers the double burners and large burners of gas stoves without wasting space. Mamù produces it in PFOA-free nonstick aluminum in three shapes to meet every space and portion size requirement. Made in Italy, at factory price.
Three versions for every space and every need
The compact rectangular grill pan is the smallest version: for 1-2 people, it takes up the same space as a standard pan on the stove and is easy to store. Prices start at €5.50. You get the cooking lines without sacrificing kitchen space.
The generous rectangular grill pan is the family-friendly version: cook 4-6 pieces at once without them touching, with even heat across the entire grill. Perfect for Sunday lunch, summer gas grills, or for those who often cook for multiple people. The price reflects the larger size.
The elongated rectangular grill pan has optimized proportions for long foods: skewers, whole ribs, long fish fillets, meat rolls. Cook these cuts whole, without bending or cutting them, maintaining their original shape throughout the cooking process.
PFOA-free, scratch-resistant coating: healthy cooking, easy cleaning
All three variants have the PFOA-free, scratch-resistant coating: grill crickets with very little or no oil. The raised ridges mark the meat with classic cooking stripes and drain fat into the grooves, for drier cooking. Heat is distributed evenly across the entire surface of the rectangular grill pan, without cold spots at the corners.
Cleaning is simple: after use, let the grill pan cool, then wash with hot water and a soft sponge. The nonstick coating won't retain caked-on grease if cleaned immediately after cooking.
Rectangular or square grill pan: which one to choose?
With the rectangular, you often cook for three or more people, take advantage of a large or double burner on the stovetop, and handle long-shaped foods without cutting them. The square is more compact and better covers single burners and kitchens with limited space. For large families, the generously sized rectangular grill pan is the most practical choice.
