How to choose the right size for your oven

Before purchasing, measure the internal width of your oven. Most Italian domestic ovens have an internal width of 40-45 cm. Large rectangular pans measure up to 40 cm, and square pans measure up to 35 cm. For smaller ovens, compact sizes and medium-small versions of the pans are ideal.
