Painting
At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.
Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.
Handle
The body of the pot is completed with the installation of the handle, a key component for functionality and ergonomics. This versatile production process combines the efficiency of fully automated lines for standard models with the meticulous manual assembly required for professional restaurant series.
Movement
The efficiency of the production line is ensured by advanced automation systems that manage the flow of semi-finished products. Using robotic manipulators equipped with precision suction cups, the pot bodies are automatically moved and stacked, ensuring speed of execution and the complete integrity of the freshly painted surfaces.
Turning
At this stage, artisanal excellence meets technology: master turners manually work the product on the lathe to perfect its shape. The thicknesses are defined with millimeter precision, giving the pot a premium surface finish unattainable by machines alone.
Stamping, Cutting, Edge Banding
For the oven line, turning is replaced with stamping, shearing, and edging. The metal is first molded into the desired shape, then trimmed and finally folded over the edges, creating a 'curled' finish that ensures a safe feel.
Minting and Calibration
This high-precision operation perfects the base of the newly formed pot. Through targeted pressure, the press permanently imprints the company logo and calibrates the surface, creating the slight concavity necessary to ensure stability on the stove and resistance to thermal shock.
Labeling
The production cycle concludes with labeling. Each piece is carefully packaged by hand, applying packaging that enhances the brand and communicates all the technical characteristics and quality assurances to the customer.
Finished product
The cycle concludes with the finished product, a perfect blend of technology and design. The cookware, now ready for use and guaranteed by the Made in Italy label, is stored in the logistics warehouse, ready for distribution and delivery to end customers' kitchens.
