Ingredients :
- 250 grams of 00 flour
- 50 grams of bitter cocoa powder
- 150 grams of sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
Cocoa donut recipe procedure:
- Crack the whole eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk for a few minutes.
- Once the mixture is white and frothy, add the cocoa and milk. Continue beating.
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Continue beating until everything is combined.
