The stone-effect coating: what it is and what's different

The stone-effect coating of the Happy Stone line is a non-stick coating reinforced with mineral particles: the granular texture increases the contact surface between the coating and the food, distributing heat more evenly than a smooth coating. Cakes bake more evenly, cookie crusts are even across the entire surface, and the pans stand up to prolonged daily use.

Happy Stone pans and molds have a refined aesthetic, with a stone finish that stands out from standard pans. Many use them to bring dishes directly from the pan to the table.

Care and Maintenance of Happy Stone Pans

Wash Happy Stone pans with hot water and a soft sponge after each use. Abrasive sponges scratch the coating over time. Do not wash in the dishwasher: aggressive detergents deteriorate the non-stick coating. With proper care, Happy Stone pans maintain their cooking properties for many years.
