Ingredients:
- 1.5 l of milk
- 115 g of bitter cocoa powder
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 350 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 1 g of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 40g dark chocolate chips
Blood sausage recipe procedure:
- In one In a large saucepan, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the milk with the vanilla separately.
- Add it to the mixture in the large saucepan, slowly and carefully. Before adding more milk, make sure the cream is free of lumps.
- Place the pan over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Stir until the mixture solidifies into a cream. This usually takes between ten and fifteen minutes.
- After that, remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate chips and butter.
- Mix quickly, keeping an eye on the consistency, which should be creamy.
- If you see that the consistency is still liquid, put it back on low heat for a couple of minutes.
- Leave to cool for at least thirty minutes, then put in the refrigerator.
- Before eating, you can add more chocolate chips to the top. Enjoy!
