Nonstick Aluminum Cookware: All the Variants

The PFOA-free nonstick aluminum cookware is available in many sizes, from small ones for one or two people to large pots for large families. The scratch-resistant coating prevents starchy foods like pasta and rice from sticking to the bottom during cooking, and cleaning takes just a few seconds without effort.

For those with induction hobs, the heavy-duty induction cookware can withstand the highest temperatures without warping. The thick base distributes heat evenly across the entire base, without hot spots.

The glass-lidded cookware allows you to monitor cooking without lifting the lid and dispersing steam. Also available in a version with two baskets and a removable handle: drain pasta directly on the stovetop without lifting the pot full of water, useful for those who cook alone or have difficulty handling large pots.

Saucepans: Four Shapes, a Thousand Uses

The non-stick saucepan comes in four different shapes, each designed for a specific type of cooking.

The saucepan with two handles is the most stable: for large preparations, braises and stews, and long cooking times that require moving the full container from one burner to another or from the stove to the table.

The saucepan with one handle is more agile: you can maneuver it with just one hand and it's ideal for sauces, gravies, cream soups, and anything that requires constant stirring. Also available in a induction version with a thick, resistant coating.

The conical saucepan is ideal for cooking that requires controlled evaporation: the upward-flaring shape promotes the reduction of liquids and the concentration of flavors. Risottos, concentrated sauces, and quick braises are better in this shape than in a straight casserole.

The oval casserole is designed for whole fish, roulades, and elongated meats: its shape follows the food, distributes heat across the entire surface, and cooks more evenly than a round casserole.

For single portions and quick sauces, the 12 and 14 cm mini casseroles with glass lids heat up in seconds, take up little space, and don't waste energy heating a large pot for a small amount.

Pasta Cooker: The Pot for Those Who Make Pasta Every Day

The non-stick pasta cooker has a built-in drainer: cook the pasta in the pot, then drain by raising the lid. Basket, without a separate colander. How to choose the right capacity

The general rule for pots is to calculate about one liter of capacity per person. For casseroles, it depends on the type of cooking:

• 16-18 cm: 1-2 people, quick cooking
• 20-24 cm: the most commonly used size in cooking, for 3-4 people
• 26-28 cm: large families, broths, hearty soups
• 30 cm and above: large quantities, available in versions for festivals and canteens
