Fusilli with yellow cherry tomatoes and speck recipe
- Boil the water. You can also add salt already.
- Wash the yellow cherry tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Have fun shaping them into weirder shapes.
- Pour in a pan extra virgin olive oil with a clove of garlic.
- Once the garlic is golden, add the tomatoes, salt, and a little basil.
- Turn them over and cook them over high heat for a few minutes. As soon as they feel soft, turn off the heat and set them aside.
- Now it's the speck's turn. Cut it into strips and place it in a separate pan with a little oil. When it's crispy, it's time to add it to the yellow cherry tomato sauce. Mix well: you've got your sauce.
- In the meantime, you'll have started cooking the pasta. We used fusilli. because yes .
- Drain it al dente and add it to the pan with the cherry tomatoes. Stir everything together and cook for a couple more minutes (remember how to sauté pasta?). Then, turn off the heat.
Everything's ready for lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack. Enjoy!
