Painting
At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.
- Surface pretreatment for perfect anchoring
- High-resistance 7-phase painting cycle
- Special finishes and stone effect
Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.
- Mechanical transformation from disc to pot body
- Impression of the technical drawing on the bottom
- Fully automated pressing process
Mamù non-stick aluminum pans
Mamù non-stick pans are made of aluminum, a light material that heats up quickly and spreads heat evenly. The PFOA-free non-stick coating releases eggs, omelettes, fish and vegetables with little oil, and cleans with a soft sponge.
Which non-stick pan to choose
- Classic frying pan: for every day, from omelettes to pan-fried meat, in many sizes.
- Sauté pan (saltapasta): high sides for tossing pasta and sautéing vegetables.
- Happy Stone pancake pan: 7-layer Seven Stone coating, non-stick and scratch-resistant, for pancakes and eggs.
- Double cooking pan: a divider to cook two foods at the same time.
- Grill pans, griddles and burger pan: for grilling on the stovetop with little fat.
- Crêpe pan and frittata flip pan: for thin crêpes and omelettes you can flip without breaking them.
Stovetops and care
Most pans on this page are for gas and ceramic hobs; induction models say so in their name. More products for induction hobs are in the Fast Induction line. Wash by hand or in the dishwasher at low temperature (max 45°C); to protect the coating, use wooden or silicone utensils.
Non-stick pan sets
This page also includes sets: several sizes of the same pan, or pans together with sauté pans, grill pans and pots, at a lower price than buying each piece separately. All pan sets are also on the non-stick pan sets page.
For pots and pans together, see the cookware sets.
