Description
Pizza, focaccia, biscuits: the low side is what makes the base crisp. The Mamù Happy Stone shallow baking tray is designed for bakes that need intense heat from below and air circulating around them: the low profile lets the pizza or focaccia base brown evenly without the rim trapping excess moisture. The 7-layer non-stick, scratch-resistant Seven Stone coating ensures every piece comes away cleanly, from biscuits to tray-baked focaccia, without lining it with baking paper every time.
- 7-layer Seven Stone coating: non-stick and scratch-resistant, clean release, nothing stuck to the bottom
- Low side: optimal heat circulation, a crisp base for pizza, focaccia and biscuits
- PFOA-free: coating compliant with European regulations, suitable even for frequent high-temperature baking
- High conductivity: even heat across the whole surface, no pale or burnt patches
- Made in Italy: suitable for electric, fan and gas ovens
- Dishwasher safe at low temperature (max 45°C): quick cleaning after every batch

Painting
At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.
Handle
The body of the pot is completed with the installation of the handle, a key component for functionality and ergonomics. This versatile production process combines the efficiency of fully automated lines for standard models with the meticulous manual assembly required for professional restaurant series.
Movement
The efficiency of the production line is ensured by advanced automation systems that manage the flow of semi-finished products. Using robotic manipulators equipped with precision suction cups, the pot bodies are automatically moved and stacked, ensuring speed of execution and the complete integrity of the freshly painted surfaces.
Turning
By removing excess metal, the thicknesses are defined with millimetric precision and the pan is given a high-quality surface finish that cannot be achieved by machines alone.
Stamping, Cutting, Edge Banding
For the oven line, turning is replaced with stamping, shearing, and edging. The metal is first molded into the desired shape, then trimmed and finally folded over the edges, creating a 'curled' finish that ensures a safe feel.
Minting and Calibration
This high-precision operation perfects the base of the newly formed pot. Through targeted pressure, the press permanently imprints the company logo and calibrates the surface, creating the slight concavity necessary to ensure stability on the stove and resistance to thermal shock.
Finished product
The cycle concludes with the finished product, a perfect blend of technology and design. The cookware, now ready for use and guaranteed by the Made in Italy label, is stored in the logistics warehouse, ready for distribution and delivery to end customers' kitchens.
