At this stage, the raw aluminum disc is prepared and enhanced through a sophisticated 7-layer painting process on both sides. This advanced technology ensures maximum adhesion of the coating and allows for the creation of high-quality finishes, from glossy black to a textured stone effect.

Molding
The painted discs are transferred to the stamping department where, using high-precision automated presses, the metal is cold-molded. This process transforms the flat disc into the three-dimensional body of the pot, simultaneously defining its structure and the design of the base.

The non-stick rectangular baking pan is the most commonly used shape in the kitchen: it's ideal for pan pizza, focaccia, biscuits, roasts, lasagna, and any dish that requires ample, elongated space in the oven. Mamù produces the rectangular baking pan in PFOA-free 7-layer non-stick aluminum in four construction variants: shallow, tall, perforated, and lasagna. Made in Italy.
Shallow rectangular baking pan: pizza, focaccia, and roasts
The non-stick shallow rectangular baking pan is the classic baking pan: low sides that allow heat to circulate across the entire surface of the food, and a flat bottom for even cooking. Cook deep, fluffy pan pizza, dimpled focaccia, and roasts that need to be browned on all sides. Available in six sizes for any oven.
Tall rectangular baking pan: for leavened products and desserts
The tall non-stick rectangular baking pan has higher edges than the short version: it retains moisture during baking and accommodates rising dough. The perfect size for sandwich bread, tall leavened cakes, very tall focaccias, and recipes with abundant dough that would otherwise overflow from the low edges.
Perforated rectangular baking pan: for a crispy base
The perforated non-stick rectangular baking pan has a perforated base: the oven heat reaches directly under the dough, resulting in a crispier base. Use it for crispy Neapolitan-style pizza, for biscuits that need to dry completely, and for tarts with shortcrust pastry that shouldn't remain moist on the bottom. Available in two sizes.
Rectangular lasagna pan: for lasagna and baked pasta
The non-stick rectangular lasagna pan has the perfect proportions for lasagna: the height of the edges is adjusted for the layers, and the elongated shape is for standard sheets. With the scratch-resistant, PFOA-free 7-layer coating, the béchamel sauce doesn't stick to the bottom during long cooking times. It's also suitable for parmigiana, timbales, and baked pasta.
How to choose between the four variants
Pizza and focaccia: low. Bread and leavened products: high. Crispy base for biscuits and Neapolitan pizza: perforated. Lasagna and baked pasta: lasagna pan. With two or three of these variations in the kitchen, you can cover all your baked preparations.
